This is a very clear book, easy to read. It is a very enjoyable.
A little gem

One of most common problems with most math textbooks is the excess of inappropriate details. The basic format of this book is concise presentation of the essentials followed by diverse problems. Instead of giving an imcomplete introduction to the more advanced ideas like some authors do Jackson and Thoro tell you where to find them in other books at the end of every section. This book is proof that it doesn't take a famous mathematician to write a good book.
