Recently ordered a book for a short term class. Very disappointed that book did not arrive. Unfortunately, beyond the seller's control, a medical emergency occured. When the seller was able, she quickly refunded my purchase and sent me the book at no charge. I know that this was a rare incident and would gladly purchase again just because she went out of her way to make the customer happy...and that, my friends is what returns me to a place of business!
