My child within

Learning about my child within has led me to a new beginning; loving who I am, how to love others, and doing what I can to take care of her and me. We have adventure, good food, and restful sleep. If we are h.a.l.t., we will do one of those four things. And we always find a way out of anything!
Good but dated

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this book as I think there are better, more current reads that are better for this general conversation. However, if you're into the way people wrote back in the day and you're okay with a little bit of an annoying narrative voice and some repetition, then this may not be a bad read for you. I personally didn't like this book, but it did have useful information. Pretty low on my recommended list, but not a complete waste of time for maybe an older person just starting their self acceptance journey.
