Manvelis Philae Carmina Graeca, Maximam Partem E Codicibvs Avgvstanis Et Oxoniensibvs Nvnc Primvm in Lvcem Prodvcta, Aliqva Etiam Itervm Pvblicata: Om [Latin]

This volume presents the Greek poems of Manuel Philes, a Byzantine poet of the 13th/14th century. Titled "Manvelis Philae Carmina Graeca, Maximam Partem E Codicibvs Avgvstanis Et Oxoniensibvs Nvnc Primvm in Lvcem Prodvcta, Aliqva Etiam Itervm Pvblicata", it brings together Philes's poetry, largely sourced from the Augustinian and Oxford codices, many of which are published here for the first time. This edition also includes previously published works.

All the poems, with the exception of the poem "De Animalibvs", are collected, emended, translated into Latin, and accompanied by annotations, offering a comprehensive resource for scholars and readers interested in Byzantine literature and the classical tradition.
