Riveting Action Thriller

I had to read the entire novel with one hand covering the next page so I wouldn't see what might happen. Great writing. Each page is written like a storyboard for a movie. It just keeps tumbling downhill like an avalanche. Tom what's-his-name Cruise is the worst possible choice for the Reacher role. He's just a puke. Reacher is bad ass and believingly brutal. The plot surprises in this novel are unsuspected and astonishing once Reacher reveals them. I was blown away. My second Reacher novel and in their own class. Can't get enough of this guy and Lee Child's excellent scripting and terse, clear writing.
