Book three takes place partly on Superbia, where the book begins, and ends on Planet Earth with the two boys, Rufus Deertail and Carter Wellington getting ready to travel across space to the planet Decorous. It is here that book 3 ends and we will pick up on book 4 with Rufus again being the narrator who is going to meet Arnold Fitzgerald and his husband Zeke in a bar after serving time on the planet Zumumbufum used to rehabilitate criminals who the mind control serum was ineffective at suppressing the free will of the individuals. I'll go ahead and say that even after the Purple Slurple was given out to entire populations of many planets, a majority of people did not notice a change.
