This book helps. Seriously.

I started smoking when I was 11 and by the time I was 13, I was smoking a pack a day. I’m 47 and I quit earlier this year because I had two surgeries. You absolutely have to quit smoking after surgeries because… Just ask your doctor. Anyway, I never thought I would be able to quit and this book helped… Immensely. The book is entertaining, while at the same time, it almost seems like it’s brainwashing you into… NOT smoking. It’s been nearly a year and on the rare occasion I do crave them… I’m reminded of what the book pounded into my head… and the fleeting moment passes.
